Viter Energy Caffeine Mint #goviter #ad

Disclosure: I received this product for review purposes at a reduced or complimentary cost in exchange for an honest and unbiased review

My husband and I have both taken the Viter Energy Caffeine Mints.

The taste was pleasing and didn't leave a funny aftertaste. We both felt the mints gave us a boost of energy. We generally had a mint after working outside in our yard and felt drained afterwards. With 3 kids, we still need energy to go and go until bedtime. We have also taken the mints with us when we are out of the house for long periods in the event we need a boost of caffeine.

We both really like that the Wintergreen flavor freshens our breath at the same time.
Each mint contains about as much caffeine as a 1/2 cup of coffee or 1/2 of a small Red Bull. I don't drink coffee nor Red Bull, but if that's the case, I certainly shouldn't drink either because just one of the mints works just fine for me.

The mint dissolves on your tongue, which allows the caffeine to hit your bloodstream and you'll feel the affects quicker than a beverage that goes through the digestive system.

I'm a bit tired in my video review and had just taken a Viter Energy mint.
I needed to get some things done so the boys and I can enjoy the last few days before school begins.

The EVOLV GEAR sports arm band is perfect for work and play! #ad #EVOLVGEAR

Disclosure: I received this product for review purposes at a reduced or complimentary cost in exchange for an honest and unbiased review

The  EVOLV GEAR sports armband  is an excellent product with a price to match.

My husband was complaining about his previous armband as he could not see the screen when he was wearing it and wanted to pause his bike riding activity app while stopped at a light. When he received the EVOLV GEAR Sports armband, he was thrilled.

He has a Motorola phone with a slim case, so we were hoping the phone + case would fit in the armband, but it did not. He is not a fan of taking his phone out of the case but tried it out anyway. He was pleased with the case and how the clear cover allowed access to his phone.

I also let my 12yo son try it with his S5. He used the armband while mowing the lawn. The adjustable armband worked perfect for him and his phone stayed secure and clean. We are very happy with the EVOLV GEAR sports armband.

The EVOLV GEAR sports armband is made for the  iPhone 6, Samsung Galaxy S5 / S6 / S6 Edge & Many Other Smartphones for Running. The case is made of Ultra Thin, & Sweat Resistant High Quality Lycra Material for Best Comfort

Your Child needs to be Understood in school. Check out this great free tool that can help ! #Understood #BackToSchool #SocialGood

The new school year is on the horizon, or maybe your kids have already started, either way it can be a fun but trying time for parents and kids alike. That can be especially true if you have a child who struggles with school, attention, and focus, amongst other behavioral challenges. It’s never easy getting kids transitioned into a new school setting. Been there, done that! Understanding and advocating for our children is so important.

One in five children struggle with issues related to reading, math, writing, focus, and organization, yet many children with learning and attention issues do not have a diagnosis. The adults in their lives often have a hard time understanding their issues due to misconceptions and a lack of information and resources.

This sounds like a great resource for my oldest. His focus is very distracting to his teachers. It's the one thing we've not been able to truly grasp and improve on.

Chores are not work, they are required to earn a Boy Scout Merit Badge. #BSA #BoyScouts #FamilyLife #WCFC

My eldest son is a Boy Scout. He has been in his Troop for 17 months.
He has made great progress by achieving his 1st Class Scout rank within that time and is only a couple of requirements away from the Star rank.

I'm still a little confused at how the ranks progress and how long it should take the boys to finish them, but we are moving in the right direction.

My son showed me his book and he is now needing to work on Merit Badges. He hasn't really been interested in working on those, until now.
