Lego CS Rocks!

Lego Customer Service is fabulous!
My boys earned their own money (garage sale) and each purchased their own Lego sets.
Luke's set was missing some vital pieces, so we called the number on the package.
They were awesome, very apologetic (not their fault of course), courteous, and we were able to determine the pieces missing and he promised to send them out for us.
The pieces came today with an obvious form letter, but the fact being that *Jacob* was the nicest customer service representative I have spoken to in I don't know how long.

With so many companies lately caring about the almighty buck instead of the people who buy their products or use their services, it is quite refreshing to encounter nice people...
