Tie Buddy's Review

Anthony turns 5 today (YAY) and we've been practicing on tying the shoes.

We received a pack of Tie Buddies to help Anthony get the hang of the shoe thing. He seemed excited and interested. Once I got the Tie Buddies on his laces, then I had to figure out to to get them going and show my little man what to do.

The concept is there. The loops are hard, even my 8 year old hates tying his shoes. You can just loop the tie buddy around and it simplifies the step for you. With Anthony's shoes, either their laces are too long or I don't truly have them in a good spot because when I finish the loop, the aglet part is still stuck in the loop

Anthony refused to let me video him working on his shoes.
His preschool teachers had a ball with this product and once I showed them what they were, they were showing the other pre-schoolers how easy it was to tie their shoes.

I think that the more we practice, the better we'll get (as with anything). All in all, it's a good product.

You can buy these Online at the Tie Buddies Store for boys or girls for $8.99 plus Shipping and Handling
