Boiron Cough, Cold, and Flu Value Pack Review and Giveaway

We have been spreading the germs around this Holiday Season. With family, friends, loved ones from out of town and let's not forget the kids, germs abound our house easily.

My children have tried the Boiron Products and they really have helped them get over their colds faster.

I received a Boiron Cough, Cold, and Flu Value pack before Christmas as a review item, and of course, it's just one of those things you have to wait to use.

I found myself recently battling what felt like the flu. I knew that with our house hosting Christmas dinner, I needed to beat whatever was attacking my immune system.

I decided to go with the Cold tablets for Sneezing, Runny Nose, Sinus & Nasal Congestion, and Minor Sore Throat as this was completely ME!

After taking the recommended dosage, I really did feel better. My symptoms lessened and by the time we had everyone over on Christmas Eve, I was almost my normal self.

I can tell you first hand, I did not experience any side effects from this medicine, and that I was very pleased with how it actually did what it said it would do.

Thanks to Tomoson, I will be able to provide one lucky reader with a Boiron Cough, Cold, and Flu Value Pack of their very own.

This value pack contains 1 box of Coldcalm (60 tablets), 1 bottle of Chestal Honey (4.2 Fl Oz), and 1 ox of oscillococcinum (6 doses 0.04 oz each)

  1. The worst cold I ever had? Hmm... they all feel like the worst one when I get them! I guess there were those times when I worked as a waitress and was not allowed to call off (and the place inevitably became packed with customers.) Ever try to take an order for a tabe of 10 picky people with a runny nose and NO way to blow it?

  5. My worst cold was my first year of college-- I kept getting sick again and again, finally got bronchitis and lost my voice for a good week or so. It was terrible and I just wanted to go home to my mom! But I made good friends with my dorm neighbor and we are still best friends today!

  16. The worst cold I ever had was in the winter of 2000. It started with a scratchy throat in the morning and by early afternoon I had a case of the chills. By the time my 6-year-old son got home from school, I had to go to bed because of the head and body aches. He was so good, though, he brought me a glass of water and a cloth for my head without my having to ask him. I was out of commission for seven days and hope I never experience the fever and other symptoms as long as I live! Thank you for the giveaway!

  22. my worst colds have been chronic bronchitus and pneaumonia for yrs...( I am battling spinal cancer and other serious disease).. but then this year I started experimenting with more homeopathics and alternative meds for the bronchitus. it is frightening a bit, as these methods take longer to see results most of the time. So you must use wisdom. But I have only had to go to er 1 time this year for respiratory problems, versus every other month.... because of using alternative meds! and only on prescription steroids for respitory probs, 1 time! yeah! I have to admit, I even used the children's Boiron Chestal and other products I had on hand, as couldn't afford to get the adult ones and they worked!

  28. How about my MOST EXPENSIVE cold - one I came down with on Christmas Eve 10 years ago when I could not stop coughing - and could barely breathe. This being a long "holiday weekend" I finally had no recourse but to go to the ER where we waited and waited and they finally saw me. Took xrays, talked among themselves, told me I had a reallly really bad cold and sent me home with a $1789.00 bill for the diagnosis! Merry Christmas.

Aside: Since then I have been religiously using Boiron products (including all three featured in this blog/giveaway) and I find them to be VERY effective and the "Oscillo" is really quite a miracle worker when it comes to minimizing the Flu - even my husband is a true believer!

  46. Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa (http://ninjiom-hk.cwahi.net/) may be another choice. i know alot of people use it, its also non alcoholic, though it's effectiveness is not as good as alcohol based cough medicine, but it's still good to use on not so serious scratchy throat.
