Book Review: Cinch! by Cynthia Sass, M.P.H., R.D.

I receive an advanced copy of the book cinch! Conquer cravings, Drop Pounds, and Lose inches.
If you read my Resolutions post, you know that I need help and this book looks like it could be great for me.

I'm not a big diet person because most of them include foods I don't like and will never eat.

Cinch provides some great ideas, tips, and helps you to understand why you eat the way you do, keep a food journal, and how to take charge of what you are eating.

The book is very easy to follow along with and provides grid charts for you to journal in. I am making copies of these so that I can use them when needed.

The recipes are easy to make and I would eat most of the foods she recommends. It also gives great alternatives for vegans.

Cynthia Sass is a registered dietitian and has worked with many sports teams, has written for Prevention and Shape Magazines.
