Trying a new Recipe - Pasta Stuffed Pizza-Style

I'll be making mine without Zucchini..

Pasta Stuffed Pizza-Style

Pasta and pizza in one dish! The kids are sure to love this meal.
Serves: 4 Prep. time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients
30 jumbo pasta shells, or 13 manicotti shells
3 medium zucchini, peeled and grated
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 ounces pepperoni sausage, slices (torn into small pieces)
1 large egg white
3 cups low-sodium tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
*Prepare pasta according to package directions.

*While pasta is cooking, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
*Toss the zucchini with the garlic powder and transfer to a colander. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Transfer to a large bowl.
*Stir the zucchini with the bread crumbs, pepperoni, and egg white to make the filling.
*In another mixing bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, oregano, and basil.
*When pasta is done, drain well. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Stuff the shells with the filling mixture and arrange them in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Spoon the sauce over pasta and sprinkle with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake uncovered
