What a pleasant Customer Service Experience (Nestle Kids Essentials)

I just wanted to share a wonderful Customer Service experience I just had.

I had emailed Nestle about Kid Essentials Coupons as I don't see them anymore and they are no longer putting them in the packages (maybe because they went from a 6 pack to a 4 pack).
I called last year but received Boost Coupons (for the adult product) and could not use them towards the Kid Essentials.

I received an email back to call their customer Service number.
So I called, thinking, well, they didn't turn me down int he email...
Chelsea answered the phone and was just the most pleasant! I explained to her that I was looking for coupons, what happened last year and she graciously offered to send me out some $3.00 off coupons.
No strings attached, no hassling, just nice wonderful, Thank you for using our product, Customer Service..

She even told me I could call back next month if I needed more..

It's nice to encounter a family friendly company with pleasant, nice, employees who can help you.
