My Comfort Cross {Review and Giveaway}

I received this beautiful cross and have used it during this Lenten Season. It is an amazing addition to keep with me during church or even when I am alone in reflection. The Olivewood Cross is beautiful, smooth, and fits perfectly in my hand. The grains of the wood add to the magnificent piece.

Our church has an elderly following and so many Grandmothers have commented on how much they would love to give these to their Grandchildren to help them along in their faith. I am considering one for my son for his 1st Communion this summer.

Good news about Comfort Crosses:

•All Comfort Crosses are imported directly from the Holy Land.
•Craftsman are paid a fair price
•Craftsman are Christian and money helps the Christian Community.
•Designed specifically to fit perfectly into your hand.
•Ideal gifts.

The Olivewood Cross

Comfort Crosses are individually carved from a single unique piece of beautifully grained olive wood pruned from the olive trees around Bethlehem the birthplace of Jesus. Christians have been carving crosses like this for hundreds of years, originally for pilgrims and more recently tourists visiting the Holy Land. Each craftsman receives a fair price to support their family and Christian community. The Comfort Cross is designed to fit comfortably into the palm of your hand as an aid to prayer or meditation. Ideal as your spiritual companion for easing children's fears, comforting worries and stresses of adults and focusing the prayer of the sick and elderly.

  2. I would pass this on to my Middle Bebe Girl Jasmine, who is going through a rough patch right now. I think having this near to touch and smooth may help her in stressful times.

  10. I would keep this for myself. I think that sometimes having a reminder with me might help keep Jesus on the front of my mind.
