Visiting the Venice or Sarasota area (FL) for vacation? Check out Siesta Key Home and Condo Rentals

Living in Florida and right near the Gulf, you'd think we would not want to hit the beach for vacation, but you'd be wrong. It's funny how much more enjoyable it is, when it's somewhere else.

Siesta Key Beach (which was just named the # 1 Beach in America by Dr. Beach) has fabulous condos, villas, and homes for rent by the week, month or year and some are pet friendly too!

Home and Condo Rentals and Property Management is a family business with roots in Sarasota County since 1997, when they opened our main office in Venice, Florida. Property management is their only business, they  do not engage in real estate sales.
Home and Condo Rentals and Property Management has offices in Venice and Sarasota Florida.

Venice and Sarasota offers a wonderful variety of Dining ( you like seafood, right?), activities, shopping, and  of course, Beaches !!

You can relax in the pool (if the amenity is available in the location you have chosen) or watch the sunset with your toes in the sand. Make memories with your family, or take some time with your sweetie (easy if your local) and remember why you fell in love all over again.

When you are thinking about booking a vacation to Sunny Venice or Sarasota Florida, here are some points to remember:

♦Visit in the summer when the rates are lower
♦Make sure you book early for Jan/Feb/Mar and spring break. These are peak seasons and these time periods book fast
♦Home and Condo Rentals offer a shopping service (sun coast grocery girls) so everything could be done before your arrival..save that first day for the beach instead of the grocery store!

Looking to book? Mention "Everyday Ramblings of My Life" when booking and you receive a discount off of the processing fee (which is usually 5% of the rental rate)
