Do you do Tea?

I have to say, I am addicted..

Do you make tea at home or buy it from the store?

I have a specific pot that I boil my tea bags in and a dedicated jug that is only for my tea..

I do add sugar, about 3/4 of a cup, for my sweet tea.

It seems to be a staple in my house, like Milk, or bread.

If I have freinds over and there is no tea ready, they think I am not feeling well.

How do you brew your tea?

  1. I am sort of new to the loose tea market but that is my new favorite way. I find it to be a good equivalent to grinding coffee beans - it just has such a bolder flavor. I've also started experimenting with chai teas and i am in love!

  2. I have drunk hot black tea since I was a little girl-back then it was with lots of milk and sugar. Now, since I am the only one in the house who drinks it, I boil water and pour it into a mug with a tea bag, then add a splash of milk. I always have some tea bags in my purse, since many people do not have it at their home...

  3. I boil water in a tea kettle in the winter and put teabags in a huge jar and set it out in the sun during the summer. I grew up on sweet tea even though I'm a Cali girl LOL. My entire family on both sides were all from TX, OK, MO, AR, and TN. That's where the sweet tea drinking came from LOL....I love it!

  4. I run the water through the coffee maker to get it hot for tea. Microwave broke and I don't have a teapot lol

  5. I drink tea occasionally but not all the time. When I was pregnant I always drank tea instead of coffee. Now I just make an occasional cup by heating the water in the microwave and dunking a bag of green tea. No sugar or milk --

Thank you for sharing your ramblings with me
