Add Probiotics to your daily regimen



Do you take Probiotics daily?



I have learned just how important Probiotics are from our pediatrician actually.
Probiotics are good bacteria that help move out bad bacteria when our intestinal system is weakened by so many of life's antics, such as stress, poor nutrition or even antibiotics.

There are some foods that contain probiotics but I sometimes don't eat those foods.
Bio-K+ is a Probiotic supplement I have been taking with my regular vitamins.
I have not had any "tummy trouble" since.

I am not lactose tolerant but I have friends who are and Bio-K+ is perfect for those who are lactose intolerant. This specific Probiotic is soy and rice based.
