2 Week Update - My Shaklee180 Journey #Shakleeblogger

I wanted to give you all a small update 2 weeks in to my
Shaklee180 journey to lose weight

On March 1st, I began a new journey to a healthier me, beginning with my weight.

This hasn't been easy, I have never counted calories. I find myself more aware of what food I am choosing lately.

If we decide to eat out, I plan in advance, research the menu and choose a healthy meal. I've of course, had moments of weakness, but I haven't gorged myself, My water intake has increased as has my exercise.. AND IT SHOWS !!!!
Well, maybe not on camera.. But I can  tell, I swear!!

Now this is still far from my goal, but the numbers make me happier than the pictures !!

On 3/1/13,
Weight 215 / Bust (ouch) 47" / Waist 41.5" / Hips 47' / Arms 16" / Neck 15"
Dress size 14/16

On 3/15
Weight 210.8 / Bust (still ouch) 45" / Waist 39.2" / Hips 45.2' / Arms 15.2" / Neck 15"
Dress size 14/16

So the scale gives me a 4.2lb weight loss in 2 weeks.
My measurements (and how my clothes fit me) give me a 6.9" decrease.
