My 1st 3 days on #Shaklee180

I'm off to a good start.

I've been faithful to my calorie allotment, and haven't really wavered.
I've tried to figure out a schedule for myself since I do have to eat 1800 calories and maintain a "snack" routine, though this one is much healthier than my previous.
Day 1 Vanilla Powder with Fresh Strawberries, bananas, Skim Milk and Ice
I am of course, missing soda, my 3 glasses of tea and a couple of Hershey kisses here and there.
Day 2 Strawberry Powder, with frozen berries (Bluberry, Blackberry and Raspberry), Skim Milk and Ice
But all in all, I'm pretty full most of the day.
I've drank more water in 3 days than I have in an entire week.

I am supposed to eat 5 times a day.. Let me break it down for you..
With the products provided to me, which includes; Containers of powder for shakes (3flavors) , Meal Replacement Bars (2 types), Snack Bars (2 flavors), Pomegranate Energizing Tea, and Metoblic Boost Capsules.

Breakfast: Shake, Boost Capsule, and fruit (which can be included in the shake)
Morning Snack: 2 scrambled eggs/emglish muffin or Peanut Butter on a whole Wheat Bagel
-There are other choices but those 2 are my preferences
Lunch: Shake or Meal Replacement Bar, Boost Capsule
Afternoon Snack: Snack Bar, Pomegranate Tea, and a cup of veggies
Dinner: Boost Capsule, and a Sensible Meal
I am not ashamed to show you my pictures (maybe a little). They are not even close to healthy. I've taken my measurements and have to be accountable for this. It took my 10 years to get this way and I know that 3 or even 6 months on a diet and healthy eating path will melt all of it away, but I can't wait to see the results.
