Scout Mom at work

Space Derby is this weekend and we forgot (oops) to make rockets last Sunday.
In all fairness, it was Mother's Day and it wasn't on my mind.

Yesterday we glued the wood together and while the boys were at school,
I sanded the soft blocks of wood into rocket shapes.

They've both been primed and are not waiting for the
boys to paint them with whatever designs they choose.

This is Luke's 4th Year and Anthony's 1st "official" year.
Space Derby (for our Pack) takes place after the boys Crossover.

Luke has 1 more year and Anthony has just finished his 1st with 4 to go.
I am such a proud Mom and love that I am able to be such a huge part of our Pack family!

You know I'll be sharing some pictures soon..

  3. I have heard of a Race Car Derby but never a Space Derby. that sounds like a ton of fun. I can't wait to see how they painted them and to hear more about the derby.
