#Shakleeblogger - Moving forward with me - My 3 month update #sponsored

Well, it's the end of month 3. What does that mean?
Well, we are supposed to have moved closer towards our weight loss goal.
Some have reached that goal,  some have not.
I would be one of the "have not"!
What I have done is:
                                    ♥Motivated Myself to eat better
                                      ♥Drank more water than ever in my life
                                         ♥Dove head first into training for my very first 5k
                                           ♥Influenced friends to exercise more
                                             ♥Made my husband and children proud, because of
                                               my determination (even if I didn't meet my goal, YET!)
The list of things I could have done better are just as important as the things I did do.
I have lost 16.8" inches overall and could not have done that without the #Shaklee180 Turnaround Program.
My Day 1 Pictures Side by side with my pictures from today, make me proud!
This Month's Measurements are:
Weight 210.8lb (-4.2) / Bust 42.7" (-4.3) / Waist 37.5" (-4) / Hips 43.1" (-3.9) /
Arms 13.8" (-2.2) / Neck 14.9" (-1.1) / Thigh 24.7" (-1.3)
I've had a total of 4.2lbs and 16.8" lost overall so far

It was a little difficult to make and there are emotions I had to hold back..

  12. You many not feel like you've done well, since you haven't reach the goal you set for yourself, but when I see the pictures and your stats, that's a huge success in 3 months. You may not have gotten the weight where you want it, but you ARE changing your body - and how! Great Job!!
