A delicious Healthy Dinner with Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil #GotItFree

Disclosure: I received this product for free, as a part of a BzzAgent review. All opinions are expressly that of my family and I.

Being Italian, my husband loves to use Olive Oil when he cooks. Thanks to a recent product we received to review, we were able to add Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to every dish we made for dinner on Sunday.

Now, I'm usually the one who makes dinner 'round here, but he decided to take the reins and I let him !

So we made a Bruschetta, Simple ingredients and yes, added the Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the mix. I have to say, the appetizer was amazing!

So he decided on Chicken Parmesean Sandwiches and of course, we cooked the chicken in the Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It gave the chicken an earthy flavor. Even our kids did not complain (SCORE!)

We also made noodles. The kids didn't have the sandwiches, just chicken, so we wanted a side.
Now, I received a handy dandy conversion chart with the Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
I substituted the 2 tablespoons of butter for 1 1/2 tablespoons of the oil.
A much healthier and lighter alternative.

Just a few details about Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil; It contains no sugar, salt, or gluten. Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil also contains so trans fat, or cholesterol and is high in "good fat" (monounsaturated fats)

I'll be making more delicious food soon with the Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Can't wait to share
