It's also the challenge for the month.

I've been working hard. Walking/Jogging 3 times a week.
I'm up at 6:15 before my family, or I go to the YMCA in the afternoon.
But I do it, and I have been now for 5 weeks.

My weight loss journey is still in full swing. However, My actual weight loss has stalled.
My inches are coming off, just need to move that scale.

I checked out Sommer's Pinterest and found this quote that I absolutely love !

I'm not disappointed discouraged. I know that it's a journey for a reason.
But I'm sticking with it and I am feeling good !

I can't really tell much from these pictures, except
I still don't look like I did 4 months ago (thankfully), but not where I want to be (yet).

I even had a partner this month on my morning jog
 It's not getting easier, because I am constantly having to push myself, but the reward is there. I'm more energetic and happier in general, when I get up early and get active ! 
 In less than a week, I am doing a 1 mile run (at 11pm), which is part of a larger 5k + 10k Midnight Run. I am excited to take part and even my hubby is joining me.

I have a month and a half until my 1st 5k!
 Since this months theme was about moving, my vlog is just that, me... moving. I took you along on my walk. I went later than usual. I didn't make excuses and suffered through a little hotter weather, but I got out and got active !
This Month's Measurements are [Over loss in (-):
Weight 209 lb (-6) / Bust 42.7" (-4.3) / Waist 36.7" (-4.8) / Hips 42.7" (-4.3) /
Arms 13.5" (-2.5) / Neck 14.5" (-1.5) / Thigh 24.4" (-1.6)
I've last a total of 6 lbs and 19" lost overall so far.

I stuck with the Shaklee 180 Turnaround kit for the last 3 months since I was not at my goal. I think it was the best decision for me.

I'm going strong.. I will not fail !!!


  1. It's also about how you feel about yourself, not a number on the scale. Keeping active is its own reward.

  2. Getting that energy through the endorphins are a huge part of exercise. I'm a happier person when I'm active. Keep it up girl!!!
