Week 3 Day 3 on C25K #ad #Shakleeblogger #Shaklee180

My June 7th morning

I'm working hard trying to ready my body for my 1st ever 5k in August. Being terribly out of shape, I've started super early (in my eyes). I'm on week 3 Day 3 of the C25K program (Couch 2 5K).
I running the Flavor Run in August and want to make it to the finish line without dragging terribly.
I want to see my #Shakleeblogger work, my C25K work pay off.
It isn't easy by any means.
I don't get up super early, except on my C25K days.
I don't have excessive energy, except on my C25K days.

I think in some capacity, I need to make everyday a C25K.
I love being up at 6:15a before my family.
Getting out, even in the Florida Pre-Summer heat and making the morning mine!

I talked my hubby into doing a 1 mile Midnight run with me on July 3rd. I'm excited !!!

I haven't measured since last month. I haven't stepped on the scale.
I am trying to do my best and feel my best.

I can do this. I can be amazing.


  1. Congratulations - you have some awesome goals! I am not a morning person either, but I honestly love the days when I get up before the kids and feel like I have accomplished somethings early on in the day. Good luck on your 5K, and YAY on the midnight run with hubby!

  2. You CAN do this! I would love to be more active, too bad we don't live close to be accountability partners -I could use a kick in the tush! :)

  3. You CAN do it!!! Sounds like you definitely have the right mindset for it. The midnight run sounds fun.... I'd like to get my hubby on board for something like that.

  5. Congratulations on your progress with Couch to 5k! I started that program two years ago and have since run 10 half marathons and a full marathon. It's the best way to get into running that I've found. You'll do great at the Flavor Run!
