How do I begin?
I never thought I would be sad for a program to end.
I think the majority of the bloggers involved the past 6 months, crave just 1 more month..
Once more opportunity, one more chance.
But it's up to us now. We move forward, changed. Wiser.
I've learned a lot about myself. I know what I am capable of, what to steer clear of, and what path I want to take.
I would have never completed a 5k without Shaklee 180. My confidence level is better than it's been in 10 years !

I have lost 8lbs
I wish the scale was nicer to me.
Or that I was nicer to me, I should say.
However, I am happy with the inches that came off
Bust -4.4 inches
Waist -5.3 inches
Hips -5.3 inches
Arm -2.7 inches
(Subtotal loss of 17.7 inches)
Neck -1.4 inches
Thigh -2.4 inches
Grand Total loss of 21.5 inches
I am going to continue my running. I have a handful of 5k's to run here in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area through December plus a multitude of Virtual Runs I've committed to as well.
For anyone who doesn't believe that the Shaklee 180 program works, There are women I have watched over the past 6 months who inspire and amaze me.
The loss of inches and pounds are in the hundreds between all of us.
