Today I began this workout from Pinterest.
I did not make it 3 times, heck, I didn't even do everything 1 full time.
But now I have a goal to strive for !
I was able to complete 1 set of
10 Alternating lunges
25 sit ups
30 second wall sit
10 modified Push ups
30 jumping jacks
Tomorrow, I will Wog ;) [Walk/jog] and then do this workout again.
I am incorporating this into my routine.
