Today I began ...

Today I began this workout from Pinterest.



I did not make it 3 times, heck, I didn't even do everything 1 full time.
But now I have a goal to strive for !

I was able to complete 1 set of

10 Alternating lunges
25 squats
25 sit ups
30 second wall sit
10 modified Push ups
30 jumping jacks

Tomorrow, I will Wog ;) [Walk/jog] and then do this workout again.

I am incorporating this into my routine.

  1. At least you're giving it a try! I've been exercising more, mostly because I joined the local roller derby team. It's been hard but I know the results will be worth it. Best of luck with your workouts!

  2. Love the term Wog (walk/jog)...that sounds just about right. I've been trying to workout but after going for 2 weeks I've injured my hip from all the lunges, Dr. says to stop for 4 weeks....oh no...I guess I'll use my fingers to exercise ....looking at blogs lol
