My boys are not what you would call "out on a limb" eaters. They have very particular tastes and when I try to change things, it doesn't always go over well. Last night, we opted for chicken. There are so many options but everyone wants something different. I began browsing Pinterest, and then inspiration struck. I breaded and fried the chicken and let the family create their own meals. Here are the ingredients I used: 2.5 lbs Chicken breast. cut into nugget or bite sized pieces 1 cup bread crumbs 2 cups flour 1 packet dried Ranch Dressing 2 eggs, whisked well Canola Oil Poultry seasoning Salt and pepper to taste

I cannot remember the last time hubby and I went out for Valentine's Day. Heck, even before kids, we could not think of anything we did special.
This year, that all changed!
We had a special night out at Bonefish Grill. While we had carried out from Bonefish Grill many years ago, I had never been there personally. Of course, being Valentine's Day, the restaurant was packed. Thankfully we made reservations and were seated right away. The menu was full of wonderful temptations and all of the food sounded delicious.
Now, I do not typically have any alcoholic beverages when out, but being it was Valentine's Day and I received a recommendation, I chose the Winter White Cosmopolitan. It was spectacular ! I made this beverage last the entire time we were there and paired it with water. I may need to find out how to make these and have them at our next family gathering !
We started the meal with the Bonefish Caesar Salad and bread with their
Seasoned Olive Oil. I could make a meal out of these 2 items.
Hubby could not resist getting the Sir Will's Fish & Chips, which consists of Tempura style with house made tartar and French fries.
I decided on the Fontina Chop. I had never had Fontina Cheese but it was delicious ! The meal was a boneless pork chop topped with Fontina cheese, garlic, prosciutto & mushroom Marsala wine sauce. I paired it with Garlic Whipped mashed potatoes and an amazing Garbanzo Bean/tomato/spinach side.
We were so stuffed we opted out of dessert. I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased I was with everything. From the atmosphere, to our fantastic (and funny) server Eric, our food and drinks. I would love to go back for a date night, even without it being a special occasion. If you are looking for great food, check out a Bonefish Grill near you. I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
This post was created in partnership with America's Farmers. All opinions are my own. I did not grow up on a farm, even though I did spend a good deal of my childhood in country. We did not farm but had several around us and had friends whose parents lived a farm life.
America's Farmers give us food and materials to create wonderful products. But do you know the farm life? After reading over several family stories, I found myself coming back to one. The Hemmes Family. When you think of a farming family, do you see Dad in the fields and Mom baking pies and hanging laundry? Well, the Hemmes Family is not your typical farm family. April Hemmes is a 4th generation farmer. April's Husband works in town and April runs the farm. She IS the farm. April raises cattle and harvests grains. She takes care of day in/day out decisions and her family as well.

I have always had trouble going to sleep. I can lay in bed, as tired as can be, and still not go to sleep soundly, or even stay asleep. It drives me insane.
I thought with the running and stepping my exercise, this would help me sleep,
but honestly, it hasn't done the trick.
So, when I was offered the opportunity to review Glysonna, I jumped at the chance.
Glysonna is a drug-free sleep aid that assists in Initiating the natural sleep processas well as sustaining sleep.
My first night taking the Glysonna, I remember about 20 minutes after the directed dose, I started to feel very tired and went to bed. I unfortunately forgot that hubby had to be up super early, so I did not get the directed 8 hours as stated on the bottle.
#spon: I'm required to disclose a relationship between our site and Fellowes.
This could include the Fellowes providing us w/content, product, access or other forms of payment.
Last Month [Yes, that was yesterday], I shared a post about my new Fellowes P-12C shredder.
I let you know how much I appreciated the fact that I could help protect my identity and my credit because this shredder cross cuts all my papers. The Fellowes P-12C shreds credit cards and I don't have to remove the staples when I shred up to 12 pages at a time.
What I want to share with you, is how to choose the shredder that's right for you.
Thankfully, Fellowes provided a handy dandy info graphic, so that made my sharing so much easier !
