How do you keep your family Heart Healthy?

I try to get my family to eat healthy. We incorporate fruits and veggies into as many meals as we can. We don't deep fry foods alot, and we try to only eat out once a week, if that! Of course, I am running, as are most of the other members of my house. We just have to figure out how to get my 4 year old on board.

I love cooking at home and it is important to my husband and I to have a family dinner.

We've been using soups in our meals. Whether it's a dry mix  with meat in the crock pot, adding a broth to liven up a bland recipe, or just soup and sandwiches. Soups make a great addition to weeknight dinners.

Campbell's Soups want to help you be heart healthy as well!

This turkey Meatloaf would be a hit at my house !

You can check out some great coupons and special offers that Campbell's has created to help your family be heart healthy.

I am a HUGE Bruschetta fan, so this Grilled Bruschetta Chicken could easily become my favorite !

I'm not sure about the Barley in the Pork Medallions with Spinach & Barley,
but I would definitely give it a try

Louisiana-Style Chicken, Sausage & Shrimp Skillet takes me home!
It looks like something from my childhood or that my Aunt would make on a Sunday.

The Creamy Turkey & Vegetable Lasagna may take my kids by surprise.
I wonder how to convince them to eat it ! Maybe the fact that it has Chicken Noodle Soup in it will help !

I love the recipes that Campbell's Soup has shared and I'll be making a couple of these in the coming weeks !
