How do you keep your family Heart Healthy?
I try to get my family to eat healthy. We incorporate fruits and veggies into as many meals as we can. We don't deep fry foods alot, and we try to only eat out once a week, if that! Of course, I am running, as are most of the other members of my house. We just have to figure out how to get my 4 year old on board.
I love cooking at home and it is important to my husband and I to have a family dinner.
