First Things First (FTF) is an award winning not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening families.
We spend so much time connected online, that often we forget to connect with our loved ones and family.
I watched and chose my favorite FTF video, which is "Dating Your Mate". Hubby and I try to have a date night once a month. It's not always easy to escape our 3 precious boys, especially during the school year, but it's something we feel strongly about.
Our date nights have included activities such movies, dinner, baseball games, and even just shopping without the kids. We've even ran a couple of 5k's without them !
Here is the video for Dating Your Mate

  6. It's nice to be reminded that it's important to spend time together. Schedules get away from us, and the most important things fall away sometimes....

  11. What I took away from the video is that it's important to make time for you and your spouse to spend together just the two of you. It helps keep you connected and brings you closer.
