Keeping yourself in check #healthy

I'm back !!
It's been a rough month. It began with an itch and back pain, followed by a rough diagnosis, ER Visit,  2 surgeries,  and ending with allergic reactions.

I am happy that I had the tests done beforehand because it would have been even more scary going in blind!
While we often put our own health on the back burner for the needs of others or due to finances, it's important to listen to your body.
I'm a very stubborn person and usually take a "wait it out" approach . This situation could have been much worse for me than it was.
I've been "released" by both the surgeon and my primary doctor. I can now get back to life in progress !!
I have so much in my life to be thankful for (my supportive amazing hubby and 3 wonderful boys) & can not imagine not being here to grow old with him to
watch our 3 boys grow...
Don't procrastinate when it comes to YOU !

  1. Hope you're feeling better. Good tips to share

  2. I get regular checkups and swim 3 times a week.
