I'm working on me with Women's #weightloss #spon #ffobsession

Since we recently canceled our gym membership, I am looking for ways to supplement my exercise routine. I run, have a treadmill (Thanks to my sister), a punching bag (Thanks to friends of hubby's) and some free weights that we bought hubs for his birthday.
 
I like to change things up a lot. Besides running, I tend to jump from thing to thing to thing.
 
When the opportunity arose for me to try the Womens Weight Loss 90 day fitness program, I jumped to that next ! 
 
 

I'm not in the best shape I could be, and I'm the 1st one to admit that. But I thought the 1st DVD would be easier than I found it to be.
 
I need to build up my endurance and stamina and core strength.
I'm thinking this program will help.
 
I like that the program offers different levels of training. You can follow a 4 or 5 times a week workout schedule or a 6 week Weight Loss or Toning program.
 
Of course, your body is different than anyone else's so you'll lose and tone differently than anyone else would.
 
The DVD's come in a nicely organized flip book and tells you what programs are on them without having to remove them from their protective sleeve.
 
The creators of this Fe' Fit are both Moms and realize that almost every woman struggles and we don't all have personal trainers.
 
I am looking forward to continuing my journey with Fe' Fit.
