Have you ever been a recipient of a Random Act of Kindness?
It feels just as good to do something kind for someone, as it does to receive that kind act.
I have witnessed plenty in my daily life. My kids hold open doors or pick up something that was dropped by a stranger or friend. They tell us how they've witness friends helping friends in school.
I do try to talk to them about being gentlemen and doing the right thing.
Today, I saw a Dad in a jeep trying to block the sun for his child's eyes, while they were sitting at a red light. While, it's a parent thing, it's also an act of kindness. He wasn't on his phone, or staring into space or being impatient. He saw a need and tried his best to fulfill it.
How often do we stop looking at our phones and take a look at others who need a smile?
We are all so busy, stress, rushed, late, and tired.
It takes only a few seconds to say Thank you, or Have a great Day.
Being kind doesn't fatten your wallet, but it does fatten your heart and soul.
Take moment today, tomorrow, anything really ...
Your kindness could make a huge difference in someone's life.
I bet it could make a huge difference in yours too.
